nothing says break fast like pancakes right? tuesday's breakfast was a little experimental, almond flour, eggs, coconut milk, vanilla, himalayan salt mix it all together and bam...

not only were they delicious but extremely filling as well. for lunch i had leftover apple cinnamon porkchops and some carrots. sometime in the afternoon i snacked on kiwi and blueberries.

warm up: 400m run
"your next lift": tuesday was my first day of the new strength programming "your next lift". 5x3 over head squats. the idea was to increase the weight each time. my max was 55kg. i need to work on getting a little lower, so i'm going to back down to 50kg until i can do all 5 reps at the weight, then continue to work up from there.
WOD: emom cleans. (every minute add weight for 10 minutes) max 75lbs (definitely need to work on these. i got caught up on a couple of these and did the same weight for 2 mins) long arms, fast elbows....
last weekend my dad gave us some venison. i'm not sure you can get more paleo than this.(although i could be wrong) this was kevin's first time cooking venison, my dad gave him a few pointers...

growing up, my venison meals looked nothing like this. it was either venison cheesesteaks or marinaded venison with a side of cheesy mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, or some sort of rice. (my dad is a fabulous cook!)
honestly, my days are all starting to run together. wednesday was suppose to be a long day. after work, i was heading down to jersey to do hair. this meant packing lunch and dinner. we ran out of eggs, so for breakfast i had a small piece of grilled chicken and some asparagus. i did not take a picture, running late, had a 9:30 meeting and ate my breakfast so fast, i'm not sure i even tasted it. status meetings can run anywhere from an hour to 2.5 hours. bu then its lunch time. so if i don't eat before, i get very hangry. lunch was the leftover venison from the night before and a side of fruit. why is it that leftovers sometimes taste better? i had also packed a chicken salad for dinner. around 5pm i got a text from my client asking to reschedule because everyone in her house was sick. (hope you guys feel better!) which fine by me, i'm the biggest baby when i'm sick. but, i was kind of upset that i was missing out on the WOD... maybe ill do this on sunday during open class. (bill finished in 18:16, he's a machine!)
